Well guys, my grandparents are moving from their brand new house they "retired" to in Florida. They haven't had any luck selling so far and asked me to see if I could help them find a buyer. I put together a quick little website http://www.dreamhomeforsale.net/ with several pictures and a virtual tour. It's been a couple of weeks so I figured I'd see if you guys of [H] could help out.
3BR/2BA 2100sqft built in 2005 on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine, FL. It's listed for $475,000 but I know they would consider other reasonable offers. It really is a nice place (gonna miss my vacation to the grandparents now).
