selling a dell latitude d820

it is in working condition, however:
there is no screen
there is no top case, only a keyboard

currently running Debian Lenny.
I can sell preconfigured to an IP to be accessed via ssh.
I can sell preconfigured with any software for linux
really the only use for it, unless you buy a screen, is to use it as a server.

Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 (2GHz) 667Mhz Dual Core
2.0GB, DDR2-533 SDRAM, 2 DIMMS
512MB NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M TurboCache (meaning 256MB on board and 256MB shared with the ram)

I'm like >this close< to pressing a button (more complicated than that as I don't have PayPal, of course) but I gotta ask... what's the deal with the laptop's condition? :) Seriously interested, however, and I'd end up piecing it into a real unit once more.

Any scoop, background info before I make the yay/nay decision?

Same here. i've looked at this posting like 6-9 times already and it just grabs my attention

PM sent with what happened.

No damage done to any of the laptop except for the top case and screen (and screen assembly) which obviously are not included.
 
if it has DVI or HDMI out, I can use this for my backyard theater.

let me know.
