Just upgraded so I got this leftover. perfect for a little server. Mobo is ATX so it'll fit in almost any desktop case.

2 matched retail opteron 265 processors ( dual core 1.8 ghz 1mb L2 ).
1 retail k8n-dl ( 2pci, 1 pci exp x16, 1 pciexp 1x ) motherboard. still in a box with everything. brand new.
