Was wondering how much of this stuff I'm supposed to put in?

I started off with 5 drops. Looked nice for a couple of mins, after about an hour or so after it all distributed and the effect was lost. Added 3 more drops and it came back for another hour, same results. Just added another 2 or 3 drops and it came back and went away. I'd keep adding until it looks good but I read you're only supposed to put a few drops in.
 
The blue dye sucks, i practically used the entire bottle on mine and it didnt react at all to my Uv lights. Blue dye pretty much sucks no matter where you get it from. Green seems to react the best.
