Front surround speakers not working?

I'm using the Logitech Z640 speakers with integrated SoundMax surround sound (Asus P4PE motherboard). It worked fine for a while, but lately I've been having problems. Sometime after I switched cases, my speakers started acting weird. The center one works sometimes, the back two work with certain programs, and the front 2 don't work at all. I can play music with Windows Media Player, but not with Winamp. I get sound on Counter-Strike: Source, but not on Counter-Strike. Any ideas or suggestions?
