Front page item not loading/hanging

I use a biometric device to log into web sites and lately it hasn't been working on this site only. I noticed that my bioID login does not register until all of the page items load up, Thats how I noticed that this item was hanging for several minutes:

Its only a minor inconvience for me but I figured you guys might want to be made aware that this has been happening.
 
It could be hanging because the site or domain is blocked on your PC.
Try going directly to monarchcomputer.com or www.monarchcomputer.com
If you cant get there, its being blocked somewhere on your PC, by your router, by your ISP etc etc or the site is down.
