Does anyone know where one can get a front mount audio jack with maybe 1 or two USB 2.0 jacks?

I've looked on Newegg but its listing card readers with the audio and USB jacks. I don't need a card reader; I've already got one.

Thanks for the links. I wish I could get the USB 3.0 but my motherboard only supports 2.0.

You can buy a custom made step up from Front X.

WHAT IS FRONTX ?

FRONTX (Front X-tension) is a new product invented to extend and transfer computer ports to the front panel of your PC system. Its modular design allows you to customize your own ports selection. Read on to find out more.....

I hope that can help. :)

Damn, those are nice.

Edit:

I browsed through their website and for the price of a head phone jack, mic jack, two USB 2.0 ports and an external SATA port it's $36. I was able to find nearly the same setup on Newegg for $20 and the one on Newegg has a card reader as well. Now, even though I don't need the card reader the price just can't be beat. So, I think I'm going to buy the one I found on Newegg. Although that isn't to say the modular design of the FrontX front mount panel isn't nice; it is. I just can't spend that much on a front mount audio panel.

Or, I pulled the front panel out of my Chenbro case I may try to make my own front bezel with it. Problem is, how do I cut the tiny holes for the USB and 1394 (that I can't even use) jacks.

Tried my hand at making one out of the old jack I pulled out of the Chenbro Gaming Bomb 2.

Doesn't look too bad. Messed up the bezel a bit but considering this was my second attempt I don't think it looks half bad. I screwed up the first plate badly, broke it while trying to drill it out.

I still might buy one. Depends on how short these cables are. I don't think they'll reach where they need to plug into the mother board.
