Front Door LED Replacement

I'm looking into changing out the LEDs in the front door of my Raidmax Smilodon case in an attempt to do some cheap mods instead of dropping a few hundred on a new case. Unfortunately, I am a bit of an idiot when it comes to circuitry and could use a bit of help.

The door of the case houses 5 blue LEDs that I want to change to a combination of red and white. Each of these LEDs has a resistor that I believe to be 120 ohms +/- 5% (Brown, red, brown, gold). How do I go about figuring out what resistors I would need to throw in there for the other colored LEDs?
 
You should be able to clip the LEDs that are in there already and just replace them with the new ones as the resistor is downstream. You shouldn't have to worry about the resistors.
