I just built this computer. The front case fan is not working maybe thats why my card overheats a lot? Is this regulated somehow with some program through the motherboard or do I have to open the computer and just see if its plugged in incorrectly?

I'd say open the computer up. Check that the fan is plugged in correctly in a 3pin slot on the mainboard. Although your card should really not overheat just because the frontfan is not working, I suspect there's maybe something else wrong with all this, too.

Edit: Try downloading this app and check the temps of your stuff.

Yeah my card has def something wrong with it. But that's another issue I'll maybe have to RMA it.
