From Nvidia to ATI, trouble

So I switched from a fx5700le pci to a 9800pro. I uninstalled the nvidia driver, ran some driver cleaner. Plug the 9800pro in, install the cat drivers. Restart, gives me a CLI.exe memory error. Does anyone what it means?

EDIT: Ok, i think its that i need framework.
 
To run the catalyst control center, you need to install and update Microsoft's .net framework. Use windows automatic update and look for it under optional software, then ater its installed use it again to download and install the security patch.
