He recently purchased a 9250 and whenever he plugs it into his cmputer, and plugs the monitor in, it doesnt turn on (The monitor) hes using the drivers that came in the box, Ive been trying to urge him to install SP2 (SO he can install the new drivers) and such. Do you know of any other problems that could have happened to it?

Anyways, I believe you need to have SP2. I know I have it, and when reading about the 9250 installation, that you need SP2 to install the card.
