Freezer 64 Pro VS AMD X2 Stock heatsink

I just ordered a retail x2 4200 which I am told comes with the nice heatpipe cooler, I also already have a freezer 64 pro. Im new to this overclocking scene, which would everyone reccomend using? I like the idea of the freezer 64 pro because of a quiet fan, but want the best performance.
 
Well, the freezer will be quieter. The best option IMO is to bolt on an 80mm fan to that heatpipe cooler and use it. The heatpipe solution is really good...
 
OK, I think I will go with the freezer, I really do like the design, with being able to exhaust the heat right from the case.
