Freeware server browser? Like Gamespy or ASE?

I know a long time ago Gamespy was the best software to find servers. Then ASE (All-Seeing Eye) was really good. What do people use now?

after all seeing eye died, I tried gamespy arcade for a bit. After that disgusting mess of an experience, I found Qtracker and used that since.

I use steam for all my games

But in all honesty, the best overall game browser right now for multiple games is probably xfire ( www.xfire.com )
