Freeware MS Word Doc to PDF converter

I’ve been trying to find a conversion tool that allows me to convert MS document to PDF with all the hyperlinks active (clickable). So far, the ones I’ve found simply convert the file to ‘printable’ document with all hyperlinks removed.

If there’s such application, please let me know.

Also, added security feature is a bonus.

Or use PDF printers. I'm currently using BullZip PDF 64bit. works great with lots of features + free.

Yeah, I was going to say...I know I've seen this in Word 2007 (the option to save as PDF). Is it by default or is the update needed?

you need to install that update I've linked to
