I'm building up a FreeNAS box this weekend. Anyone see problems with this setup?

Asus E35M1-I
Chenbro ES34069 (120W version)
4x3TB Seagate ST3000DM001 7200RPM HDDs
128GB OCZ Vertex Plus (L2ARC - FreeNAS calls this "cache")
8GB Ripjaw 1333MHz DDR3
Onboard NIC + Intel PRO/1000 PCI-e NIC (for 802.3ad)

No ZIL cache - I may get a 64GB SLC drive and split it between log (ZIL) and cache (L2ARC) later, but I get the sense that MLC drives are no good for ZIL.

Thoughts/suggestions?

Look at the intel 311/313 20GB SLC for ZIL. They built it for SRT but it's a pretty good choice for ZIL for ~$120.

I would personally avoid the OCZ drives for L2ARC. They have pretty high failure rates (relative to a company like Intel) and don't do as well when they're close to full due to aggressive oversubscription.

I think I read intel was under 2-3% failures and OCZ was in the 7% range.
