Evryone knows veeam is out for free ESXi.
Question:

Do you know other App to backup VMs ?
 
Trilead.com product is VM Explorer, it lacks some features such as scheduling and can you can only add 2 hosts but it's free and very easy to use. The pay version is nice.
 
I use GhettoVCB and can recomment it. It make take some time to figure out the script, but once that it done it is really easy to use.
