It's not what you think, because they've gotten rid of *all* the other account types (Collector, etc). You don't get anything free or useful with this, unfortunately - having the "Premium" account doesn't give you the 30GB (1GB/day) of download capability; that aspect still costs money.
While you can create a "Premium" account, you get nothing for doing so.
RapidShare keeps screwing themselves over so much it's not even funny.
Look at this confusing ass pricing scheme they've got for their shitty file trading operation. It's ridiculous. 30 GB of allowed traffic in a month? Expires after 30 days? What a joke. You can get unlimited Usenet accounts for $8 a month these days... unlimited traffic, unlimited storage. I've pushed many terabytes in a month before. I wonder how much that would cost on Rapidshit.
