This came today with the UPS man but I just missed him. So now I gotta wait till Monday.
 
got mine,
they're powder in little plastic containers
dunno how to use them
put them in water?
 
Yup my dad said if you sprikle it on something it will make it glow. (I got the glow in the dark) But the instructions say mix with some paint.
