Free EAP-TTLS Wireless Client?

I'm working on a small project for my employer in which I'm trying to connect to a wireless network using the EAP-TTLS authentication protocol. Due to the nature of this specific group of mobile clients and our wireless network configuration, EAP-TTLS is required.

Previously, we used SecureW2 to install the driver and then enable pre-logon/single sign-on authentication to the network, but it has since become commercial rather than freeware and they will not sell licenses in small numbers (10-15), so we're in search of a free client that supports Windows 7.

I've looked at Juniper Client as well as Cisco, but these don't seem to do the trick. I'm really needing a client that adds an authentication protocol to the wireless network properties dialog so that I can configure it the way we need it.

Anyone have any ideas?
