Free CPU Diagnostic Software

I usually use Prime95 to test the CPU in new builds I do for customers and was wondering if that is still the best free CPU stability testing software out there. I have been told that Aida64 and Passmark are great pieces of software but licensing can become tricky when using it on multiple computers a month.
