should be good but i would bump up to the minimum recommended 850w psu.
good old noctua, maybe a redux? or a silent wings 4 pro if you want more airflow.
 
First reflex is a lot of money for a 750 watt psu, any special need ? (and could be on the lower end to pick from power wise for a 4090 user...)

That would make sense platinum costing a lot, yes, not saying the unit was overpriced for what it is, more about if the extra price tag for the extra it brings something wanted or just going on pc part with a popular suggestion ?

7800x3d when gaming does not use much, so maybe there would be no issue, but Zen6...
 
If I go with an Asus Loki 850, it's a SFX-L. So there goes the bottom fan. But if you guys think I need a little power bump, we'll do it.

7800x3d is specially low watt cpu, if 850watt work with an intel cpu I can imagien the 7800x3d-4090 working, specially with that good of a unit, there example online of people running that trio and you would know during the return window.

It is just in a, does not leave much room if a 16 core 3d vcache for that socket zen6 that use 170 watt while gaming ever launch. Nvidia say 850watt or more and there is nice 850watt-1000watt psu for that same price tag or lower as options, me with the current pricing when i bought I new one went with 1000, with some hope it will survive the next upgrade, the cost between 750 and 1000 was worth the mental feeling.

i personally always say to use what the manufacturers recommends, lots will argue against it. but hey, what do the manufacturers know, right ?! ;)
luke does make a good point about the cpu being way lower in power so, it might just be fine. BUT if you get any random crashing, id bump it up. the 850w version of your selected one is only $20 bucks more, whats that to properly power and potentially protect a $2500 gpu?
 
Right on, got it. Do you guys think that the cpu cooler will work, or is there a better cooler?
 
I use a Loki 1000w psu and it fits and works great in my Fractal Tera. I use a ID cooling IS55 cooler for my 7800x3d and it works great and allows most gpu’s up to like 65mm width to work.

Because of the sandwich case design, your gpu width will set the max height of your cpu cooler.

The bottom fans are a waste honestly. If you really want them you can mount 120mm x 15mm slim fans under the case externally. They wil fit between the case and desk. But again, that’s wasted imo. I did it and had a 1-2 degree difference. Not worth the added expense.
