If you are case shopping, you might want to check out this review of the Fractal Design Define R5 at Techgage today.

Fractal Design is no stranger to the case market – it’s been in a well-deserved spot in the top-tier of case manufacturers. The company is well-known for its minimalistic aesthetics, versatility, quality, and above all, silence. The Define R4 was an incredible case – what is different in the Define R5? Follow me, I will show you!

I wish this case had 3 external bays. Love the looks and I did a build with the R4 a few years ago, but I missed the extra bay. I'd gladly give up 2 or 3 internal bays.

Using this case now, pretty much love it. Highly customizable. The only thing that's a pain is switching fan speeds - you need to open the front, a bit of a design flaw if you are looking to switch fan speeds using it's built in one.

I'm sure it's been argued before on other cases, but the top USB ports would collect all the dust in my place and render them very difficult to use.

It would collect ALL the dust.

You have an asus z97-a which has fan controls that are much better than a manual switch anyway.

Good point thanks. Honestly, I've been enjoying my new build so much that I haven't even explored the mobo features.
