I had it's little brother, the Fractal Core 1000. It's a very simple case. It doesn't exactly scream quality, but it's not bad. Better than most cases in it's segment, but not on par with the Arc or Define series. If you're budget constrained, you could do worse than to buy a Core series case.
Solid build quality and from a trusted brand, it's up to you to decide if the features meet your desired. But yeah, the R4 is so close to that price and you get so much more case. I can recommend both of the cases, but the 3000 is a more budget case with regards to price and build quality.
