given that it an unlocked multiplier I can't see this not being hot (Not sure I would rely on the motherboard for overclock else wise.

it is not good overclocker but with bundled with a unlocked cpu yes, I would give it a thumbs up, very stable. I understand that they have improved the bios some, but I still would only recommend this with an unlocked cpu or if your not overclocking.

all things though given the price for performance I think this is hot.
