Not really sure.

As cheap as possible for something that has at least a GTX 1650. The only game I'll probably ever play on it will be Fallout 4 lol.

I'm seeing some with 1650s online new for around $800, so cheaper then that, otherwise I'll just grab a new one. I'd be willing to go higher for something with an RTX card, but I dont really need an RTX card, so I'm not sure it just depends on how price compares.
 
I have a 3 year old - gigabyte P55k v4 that I’d be willing to part with. Bought it brand new from Newegg. Windows 10 on a 128gb SSD, so room for a game. I use it to play Destiny 2 which it runs solid 1080p at 60fps. Not playing as much anymore Bc rebuilt my desktop.

8GB DDR3 1866mhz (g skill 1 stick, so you can expand so 16GB if desired)
128GB SSD with win 10
1TB HDD
Thermal paste replaced with arctic cooling Mx4
Very occasionally switches between AC power and battery at max load. No issues found with laptop by local laptop repair shop. I’ll snap a few pics if you DM me.

Have a evoo 17 with 9750h and 2060 coming in next week which I may return but can let go for around 1150 ppff if interested. PM if interested, thanks.
