So if I try to make a post when it hasn't been long enough after a previous post, it is telling me that I need to wait however many seconds.

So then I wait and submit the post.

Then the thread is coming back up with the post I originally tried to make and the post I just submitted.

So it is not just a simple double post. It is taking the post where it said I hadn't waited long enough and then the post after I waited and saving them both.

I am running Firefox 39.0.3
 
Plus posting and loading pages is quite slow. I got a database error a few min ago. Something is up.
