Forum background gone white?

this might have been posted before, but there's a setting in vB to change users' default theme, I believe. this might have been inadvertantly changed to the junky vB standard style.

It's pure comedy, but does make me realize how nice a dark background works for a forum.

 
i hope you give us some layout choices

i hope you take out the post count and join date. i felt it the lack of those items prevented me from pre-judging people (which is good). You should just leave them in the profile.

I've heard that. In fact, I set my MS Word to be white text on blue background rather than the default black text on white background. But before, the colors were too dark, with all that black and red.
 
So did Kyle finally make good on his promise of lighting the forum servers on fire? ;) ;) (see sig)
 
Ah... yeah, dark was good... I don't know what about it, but this theme is no good :)

The darker theme just felt warmer and I didn't have to minimize my browser while I wasn't browsing.
 
just checked in Firefox, Opera, and IE7 and they're all the same...(white/blue theme)
 
The other nice improvement, so far, is that e-mail updates now contain an actual message rather than just the standard reminder.
 
Enough already. It will be fixed soon. Kyle could have just turned the forums off again, instead he left them live with the default vBull style, so quit yer complainin'.
