When gaming, within 5 minutes, the Power Supply fan will speed up it's RPM's greatly. Does anyone know how to disable this? Its much louder than all the fans in my case.

The fan in your PSU is thermally regulated. While gaming, the system is being stressed more, which includes the PSU. This means that the air entering the PSU is warmer, and the PSU itself also needs to dissipate more heat, hence the fan speeds up.

You can either disable this behaviour, which will kill the PSU, and possibly the rest of the system, faster, or you can replace the PSU fan with a more silent one.

the exhaust fan on those are not standard, so you will have to find a 80x80x20mm fan to replace it. or it might be 80x80x15, im not sure

the fan speeds up because it has to. Disabling it is about as smart as removing your heatsink when your system is on.
