Anyone see any possible problems with either of the combonations?

System 1)

P4 2.4Ghz HT
P4P800
2X512MB Corsair Twin-X 3500
Maxtor Sata 120Gb/8MB
BBATI Radeon 9600 AiW




System 2)

Amd Barton 2500+
Asus A7N8X
512 MB Kingston "Value" Ram 2700
Maxtor 80GB 8MB
Radeon 9100 128MB**



No overclocking at all, just has to be stable at stock voltage/speed.


**Can anyone point me in the direction of a good, cheap and quiet $100 card (Canadian)
 
They both look good to me. As for the vid card, no clue what sells for $100 Canadian.
 
A Radeon 9600 Pro costs around that much in the States, it's a very nice card for the price. The nvidia Ti4200 should be around that if you can't find a 9600 Pro at that price, or the ATi Radeon 8500.
