When i try to format my computer (an old one) it says Drive C: is currrently in use by another process. How can i get it so that i can format it?
 
make a windows 98 boot disk (there's some online, google for it)
reboot with the floppy in.
when you get into dos, type: format c:

just to make sure, you are aware that this will wipe everything from your hd right?

also, this is the memory forum, not the hard drive forum :D
