Hi, ive had my compuer for a while and i need to get a new hd, so i got one off my other computer and i didnt do anything, just put it my computer and i know i need to to format it, but i dont know how to get there. How can i get to the setting to format my hd?
i can see it in the bios but thats as far as i can get.
 
ensure the bios is set to boot from the cdrom...put your windows cd in and you may get er going. g'luk
 
Hi, i did that and there was a screen that said "set up windows". so i click on that. i didnt because i was worried that it would reinstall windows.
