I use Windows 10 64bit, IS better format system filés in exFAT or NTFS or other? Any format IS good protect corrupt data?

IS necessáry Full format or Quick format IS suficient?
 
yeah that^^, use defaults and backups. if youre installing fresh just select the drive and click next, let windows set it up. if you are adding a drive, install it and then use disk manager to initialize and format it with the defaults.
