So I have scoured the web and I cant seem to find an answer on how to do this. I am running an ati 5850 with three lg Ips236v's. I have found a few people who have said they have managed 75hz on this monitor no problem so I wanted to try. I simple cannot figure out how to force the monitor to the higher refresh rate. I have tried rivatuner, ati tray tool, and a few other methods but non seem to work. So if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it

Thanks a lot that does help but I still dont know how to force it with an Ati card. The guy in that post uses Nvidia. Do you know what program I could use?

I have a program that works for ATI cards here: http://hardforum.com/showpost.php?p=1038342324&postcount=6

I don't know what timing parameters work for that monitor though. The first link shows impossible parameters. You can try the parameters that I posted for the Samsung 2333T @ 76 Hz. If that doesn't work, try this for 75 Hz:

Thank you man that program works like a charm I owe you one for sure. I spents like 3 hours yesterday trying to get it to work and with your program it took about 10 mins. Everything does seem much more fluid now I'm loving it. Thanks again.
