It's in there, why don't you just look for it? It's quite easy to find. Right click on the icon in the tray and goto Direct X quality settings or something. I haven't had an ATI card for a few months so I can't quite remember but ATI Tray Tools is the best 3rd party videocard software there is, beats Rivatuner in terms of features by miles and miles.

And Oblivion with AA has a steep FPS price tag though, 2x AA drops the FPS from the 50's to the teens.
 
got it, for some reason there was 2 places to enable it when I originally found it, now there is only 1, so i am good.
