Forceware doesn't override OpenGL refresh rates?

Just switched from a 9700pro to a 6800gt. Never had any trouble with refresh overrides in the Cat drivers, but despite overriding in the NVidia drivers (I'm using 65.73), I'm still getting 60hz in COD. This happened once with some older Cats (4.1, I think) on my 9700pro but the next driver release cleared it up. I also noticed when it was borked in the particular Cat release, all my Ogl stuff was at 60hz - SOF, MOHAA, but I haven't tried anything else yet with the 6800. Is this a known issue with Forceware drivers? Does the refresh override only work with Dx stuff? I can work around it using some 3rd party utils, but I'd rather see if there's a driver solution instead.
