Well, I hate to have to do this, but I think others might want to know who they are dealing with in the event they chose to businesss with him.

Cliff's Notes: I agreed to purchase the 3200+ plus from him on the 17th. He gave me his PayPal info and I sent payment. The next evening he refunds the money and tells me someone else was first. I asked what's up with that, and he has ignored me.

I waited to see if he was going to say anything, and then emailed him on Jul 20, 2007 @ 6:59 AM asking what the heck happened and why if there was someone in line before me, he didn't mention it after I said I'd take it and he PM'ed me his payment info. I have still not received a response.

Now, most of time I'd just roll my eyes and move on however this deal has left me with $170 invested in a 939 platform and no CPU still, so I'm pretty annoyed.

I had been planning on just getting an AM2 combo from the Egg since it's usually cheaper to get the AM2 procs and DDR2 than 939 and DDR plus it allows for some upgrade path. I happened to stumble on LoneWolf's NEO4 Platinum board he had for sale and PM'ed him asking if he happened to have a CPU or vid card laying around that we work on deal on. He found a Vid Card and pointed me to this thread. He said be had done business with Eternaljammer before and it worked out. I told him if I got the 3200+ then I'd take the board and a video card for $70 from him.

I got the PM from E.J. and Paypaled the money, then I paid for the board/vid card from LoneWolf since there was no mention of anyone else before me in his PM. I also ordered 2GB of DDR400 for the board. Now I'm having to search for a really cheap proc for the fileserver I'm building.

It seems to me that perhaps he sold it to homIcIde or perhaps someone offered him more, I'm not sure, but either way the deal was BS and left me hanging.

Just remember if you deal, with this guy, beware!
