I use paypal and generaly try to avoid anything else since paypal is the fastest and easiest way.
Everything is guaranteed to work unless mentioned (for hardware). If hardware does not work return the product and i will test it and give you a refund once deteremined if it does not work.

i have the cd keys (i'm pritty sure) but i've already registered them... so the cd keys would not work i believe.
