Foobar2000 Elegance skin installation help

Hey all so I am trying out foobar2k and want to install the elegance skin. I can't for the life of me install the elegance skin. I read the readme instructions that came with the skin and I am suppose to download some dll's but like 2 of the links to the dlls do not work anymore. Also I cant seem to find this location

Copy \elegance\ to foobar2000\PanelsUI\ and retain the directory structure
i.e. - C:\Program Files\foobar2000\PanelsUI\elegance\images\

I go to the foobar folder and there is no panelsui folder i am not sure if i am suppose to create one?

So can anyone who has installed this skin recently help me?
 
i'm pretty sure that means you have to download and install PanelsUI components. I have never installed elegance skin but for few other skins it usually needs either PanelsUI or ColumnUI. you can find some nice themes here.
