Foldix problem with failing to get work?

Alright, i was able to pull out my boxen again to start them up, loaded foldix on some new ones, but on comptuer I loaded it, it loaded fine, but when I start F@H, it says: "Error: Attempt #(enter number here) to get work failed, and no other word to do. Waiting before retry." It's connected to server 171.64.122.133 to get work, and I get the Welcome to Folding@Home message, and according to the stanford website that server is up...any suggestions?

 
Many people have discovered that their windows boxes are trying to download a linux WU. or something like that.

But since Foldix is linux, that shouldn't be your problem. There is a thread about that.

Tell us some more. Maybe ask your dad since he is a computer expert. :p :)
 
Alright actually I fixed it...I just checked the cfg file from my working machines, and for some reason this machine, in the cfg set the [clienttype] to type=2, and it should have been type=1, soo I switched it, and it's working away right now. Thanks for the thing about post the cfg file, it made me realize I should check and see if things are different.

EDIT: It was in Foldix, so it was the LInux console client, and thanks Pocatello, maybe next time I'll go ask my dad :p
