We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

I have a 2.4ghz P4 at work and I am running the graphical version of F@H.
I noticed that it only maxes out at about 50% on my cpu usage.
I downloaded the console version as well, and when I run it, it picks up where the graphical version is and starts running (like at 740 out of 1000).
I configured it to have a machine id of 2. Is this the correct way to do this on my machine?
If I go in and run it with the -local command, it trys and downloads more packets.

How should I do it?

I also suggest using the console version rather than the graphical one. Definitely in two different directories and with different machine ID's.
