Folding@Home Questions? - Basic

[AMD_RULES]

I just got up and running a small file server @ home with the following specs:

AMD Opteron 144
Asus A8V-VM
Corsair XMS 512MB DDR PC3200
Seagate 120GB SATA150
Windows Server 03 Enterprise Edt.

What should I setup to fold? Just the basic client?

1.8GHz single core.

Run the standard console client.

hehe... Yeah, I kept getting ragged on about not using the badges....

As advised above, use the standard no-nonsence console client. I prefer running the client as a service (an option when you first set up the client) as it will run without needing a user to be logged on.

I installed the client and i'm up and folding.
I'm gonna try to build another rig with a E2180 and fold it too

If you can spring just a bit more for a E4500 you will get much much better results. See sig, My E4500 wipps my E2160.
