foldgpu Gromacs exceptions and Rivatuner fan speed algorithm adjustments

Tinkering with Rivatuner to make a more stable fold for the gpu client. Reduced the clocks and increased the top end of the auto fan speed control.

eVGA 8800GT underclocked to 450/1125/754

duty min 31
duty max 100
t min 50
proposed top end 75 degrees (subtract 10 in my case to get surface temp)
t range 14 or 2.0/3.0*(65.0-50.0)/(1.0-0.31)

60 degrees idle (48 degrees ambient, 40% fan)
70 degrees folding (57 degrees ambient, 93% fan duty)

That huge ambient temp change is probably partly due to the bad stock cooling design. Mine intentions were to underclock to help keep the temps down so the card can fold for longer periods without error and probably improving long time yield as the servers will refuse your work for 24 hours if you submit too much bad data. This particular card is known for overheating and has been folding for months now with stock settings-- blame my ignorance. I think it's almost ruined at this point... final trial in progress!

Does the card give you issues when gaming or stressing it in other ways?

Yeah it does. Sometimes after a while of running perfectly it will bog right down and the game will complain of framerate too low. less than 1 fps.

And this tweaking didn't help folding. I got EUE limit exceeded this morning after just one night of running even at lower temps than usual. Maybe this is all RMA worthy by eVGA's standards?
