If you're listening....
What are the minimum hard drive requirements for the fold server?
I've got a couple of old 3.2Gb hard drives that I was thinking of using for this. Would one of them be enough or do I need a bigger drive.

Thanks

The documentation page states that a 2 GB hard drive is plenty. I run fold server with 5 PCs and it never has used much memory at all. The files that are saved are pretty small files that look to be compressed (I think), so the 3.2 HD should be plenty.

There are 3 partitions that fold-server uses:
root
swap
/foldsave
Root is where the OS goes; this takes about 500 MB.
Swap is like the pagefile for Windows; I suggest 2*RAM for this, but 256 should be plenty.
/foldsave is where the FAH WUs get saved. They take about 10 MB each at most, so unless you're running a jillion clients 256 mb should be enough.
I'm running the whole shebang in 1gb of disk with 128mb of ram with no problems at all. 3.2 is plenty.
