flushing system when changing fluid

When changing the fluid in your WC setup, does anyone flush the system before refilling and leak testing?

I am getting ready to change the fluid in my Koolance Exos-AL and am debating whether I should flush the res, tubing, CPU and GPU blocks with something before refilling. Any suggestions? DI water, distilled water?
 
im wondering the same thing. i am thinking about adding a gpu cooler to my koolance setup. and i would like to know the best way to do it.
