fluctuating cpu voltage a problem?

I have a 4400+ overclocked to 2475mhz (225*11). I upped the voltage on my MSI Neo Plat SLI to 6.6% over the default in the BIOS.

CPU-Z is showing 1.376, 1.392, and 1.408 as voltages, switching back and forth. I've played battlefield2 @ 1920*1200 with everything on for hours and my comp hasn't locked up or anything.

I thought it might be the cool 'n quiet tech, but that's disabled. I read that it might be a "bad" overclock.

Any ideas?
