Flow meters/temp probes/fan controller

What are good devices for this? Is there one that can do it all?

All the flow meters I see have 3/8" connection on it. Are there any with 1/2"?

It seems a flow meter would cut down on flow, where are they usually put in the cycle?

What's the best way and place to put a temp probe into the cycle?

If you are really into getting all of that info then I would look towards AquaComputer and their Aquaero. It isn't needed to correctly run a watercooling system, but some people like it. It doesn't come cheap however....
 
Ok...how about just a fan controller. What would I need extra to control 3 fans front and back on the radiator (total of 6 there), 1 fan up front, 2 back, and 2 top (this will be a silverstone tj07 with the hdd bay up front)?

Holy crap! I honestly don't know of a single controller than can regulate 11 fans independently. How many are you actually ever going to adjust the speed on?
 
Super-Flower Fan Master SF-609

It can handle 1.5 amps per 'fan' line according to specs. Each case fan usually takes no more than .3 amps, so you can fit 3 on each circuit. YMMV, I have only tried it with two fans on each circuit. All you need is a few Y 3-pin adapters, or try and make your own 3 to 1 adapter.

Plus, it has an LCD, and temperature readings (but I don't use them, too many cables lol).

1 - the 6 around the rad
2 - the intake in front (one 120)
3 - the intake in back (two 80)
4 - the exhaust up top (2 120)

So, really just 4 sets. Is there something that can do that?

Four channel controllers are abundant, but which one (if any) you can use depends on the total draw per channel. You can use splitters or maybe a bus to accomplish getting everything hooked up to the appropriate channels, but you have to make sure you're not going to overload. What are the amp draws on your fans?

I just looked at that, and it is functional, but not aesthetically pleasing to my eye. it looks like the radio my dad had in his Oldsmobile Delta 88. Do all fan controllers have this "1.5 amps per fan line"?
 
The Sunbeam Rheobus (and a number of derivatives) support 20W per channel, and are very cheap. I got my black one for 10$. I have to say the LEDs are very bright though.

I might have to get that, but are there any digital ones that can do the job? Knobs are ugly!
 
Still need to know your fan specs - amp and watt draws. Not all controllers are created equal, so to get six fans on one channel you really need to know what you're dealing with.
 
I was going to get Yate Loons (D12SH-12, .3amp at 12V) for the rad and Noctua or Scythe for the case. BTW, if I do get Yate Loon for the rad, should I get the fastest ones and then put them on one of these regulators?

120mm case: If Noctua, then the 1200 (??), if Scythe then the Scythe S-Flex 21E (1200RPM, .15amp at 12V)
92mm case: Nexus DF1209SL-3 (.25amp at 12V)
