Flow indicators and Mayhems Pastel?

Trying to spread some color around my build. Will I be able to see any of the moving pieces in a flow indicator if I am using Mayhems purple Pastel?

IMO, just switch to clear tubing. Flow indicators (the kind that you see pinning atleast) usually don't work too great with a thick dye.

I had thought about acrylic but really don't want to deal with it. I read so much about clear tubing color changing I was afraid to use it plus I just want a touch here and there of color not a lot more. Yeah, I was thinking the same thing with the indicator I may not see it but I will see the fluid color so maybe I will give it a shot.. the way the drain system is setup its pretty easy to drain part of the fluid and install the indicator.
