Flip2Disk Harddrive Problems

Its a Flip2Disk 20Gb by Origin Storage Solutions. Its all plugged in. Windows detects it (2K) installs the drivers it thinks it needs, says it works fine. I can't see it in My Computer and i've tried installing the other drivers but it still thinks it knows best.

What should I do? Manually install the drivers?

I don't know how, I can't see it.

I'll try the backup software that came with it, thanks

It tried to "mirror" the drives (the backup program) but said it couldn't find the 2nd drive

Apparently the drivers that Windows will install should work fine and I should see it in my computer. I tried the backup program, said error reading partition table

what os u running?

2k/xp do this:

go to control panel, administrative tools, computer management, disk manager

you should see the flip drive in teh list..

use that to create a partition and format it

Tried it dosen't find it. A partition program I use donly detected it as 611Mb and couldn't detect serial number etc etc, couldnt access it either.

Think im gunna have to send it back
