Flip VGA by changing pinout?

Is it possible to flip a VGA signal 180 degrees (vertically) by changing the pinout?

I am going to be mounting one of my displays upside down (for whatever reason). It has two inputs, DVI and VGA. The DVI will go to one computer, which I can flip through the drivers. The VGA input will be connected to different boxes that I am testing, and, unfortunately, cannot be flipped.

Any idea on if I can just swap certain pins, or if I can buy a cable or box to do this?

No; the display controller determins where the pixels go and it is built into the LCD panal itself.

I can change the rotation setting on a intel onboard gma 950 on my nvidia 7800gs, both on vga and DVI so i'd imagine it to also be possible on ATI

not sure about ATI but with an nvidia card you can rotat the picture 180

Reading the entire original post will really cut down on useless posts:

That's what I was not hoping for. Thanks Dave...
