Flip up Lid for cd drive?

Hi, I have a crazy idea for a case mod and part of it requires a cd or dvd drive with a flip up lid like on portable cd players. if you know any specificaly or know a place that sells them please let me know. thanks. cd drives are hardware so i thought id ask here.
